Hi everyone 😊
Going to add yet another beautiful flower to my list of flowers. This is 15th today in the series of flowers that I have seen with my eyes, photographed and shared with you all.
White is my favourite color and this flower too is very special, particularly due to the bright white color of the flower and unique shape of the leaves of this plant. This plant has been grown in a pot by my father-in-law. Even in the pot, it has grown well. The height of the plant must be more than 5ft., and beautiful white flowers have been blooming on it. These flowers don't possess any fragrance, but they look very very beautiful forming a nice contrast with the dark green leaves of the plant.
About the plant
Botanical name of this plant is Plumeria Pudica. It is an evergreen plant native to Panama, Columbia and Venezuela. Although it is grown all over the world as an ornamental plant.
It is a shrub usually having one or two slender trunks that branch close to the ground forming a slightly spreading crown.
Other common names of the plant are Bridal bouquet (the cluster of white flowers form a shape like that of a bouquet,so this name) , White Frangipani, Fiddle leaf Plumeria, Wild Plumeria. Source
