Bismillahir Rahmanir Rahim
Assalamu Alaikum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuh.
Hello my dear friends.
I am . From #Bangladesh.
How are you all? I hope you are all well. Alhamdulillah I am also well. I am back with another new post of mine. I will share with you some beautiful moments spent with friends on the second day of Eid.
Since finishing college, I no longer want to spend time with friends, I don't hang out with them like I used to. Even though I have time, my friends are all busy with their own work. Most of the time, I can't even reach someone by calling them. Some have jobs, some are in university, some are married and busy with their own families. Some are unemployed like me. Since everyone's homes are in different places, we don't meet anymore. Earlier, when I was in the mess for studies, we used to spend time with friends. However, when Eid time came or any event was organized, we would meet friends, talk, and have various meetings.
This time, my heart was not so good because my elder aunt died two days before Eid. That's why I didn't do much shopping on Eid. After the prayers on Eid day, I went to the cemetery to see my aunt's grave and left, to my younger aunt's house, from there I went to my sister's house. That's how I spent the day. I didn't get time to spend time with friends. On Eid night, I talked to some of my friends online about meeting up. We talked about meeting up after evening, at the bridge built on the Gorai River next to our house. Basically, those of us who live in our Kumarkhali town will meet up. Most of us are out (Dhaka) for various purposes.
After evening, I called my friend Emon and asked him to come to the bridge. I also got ready and started walking towards the bridge. It's a 2-minute walk from my house to the bridge. Emon and I are batchmates. After completing my diploma, I went to Gazipur for admission, and he joined a private job. Since then, we haven't seen each other much. Only during the Eid holidays, the two of us meet up. Emon's house is in Kumarkhali town. Iqra and many others joined us to meet. We first met and went to a fusca shop. There, he ordered fusca for all of us.

While eating fusca, we talked about various things. Then, after paying the fusca bill, we started walking. Walking over the bridge, we went to the other side of the river. There is a big restaurant under the bridge. People sit there and spend time watching the beautiful nature of the river. I have been there before. The restaurant is run by the father of a school friend of mine. As a result, we get several benefits when we go there. There were seven of us in total. At first, we couldn't find any seating. It was very crowded for Eid. As a result, it was difficult to find a place. After waiting in front of a round room for quite some time, when it was empty, we went there and sat down. We sat down and discussed what food to order, looking at the menu.
Sitting in the round table.
After much thought, we ordered two Mughlai Parotas and a one-liter Mojo. The boy who took the menu said it would take about 20 minutes. During this time, we were all busy talking. In the meantime, I entered the community center of the restaurant with a friend of mine. I went in and took some pictures. The place was beautifully decorated with lighting. Even after taking pictures, we had to wait for quite some time. Then the food we ordered arrived.
Some pictures taken from the restaurant.
After finishing the meal, we sat there for some more time and talked about various things. I didn't feel like taking pictures of the food, which is why I couldn't share it with you. The moment was quite beautiful. After a long day, I spent time with friends like this. I hope you all are feeling good too. Everyone is well and healthy. I'll see you again with a new post of mine.
