Puishak cooking recipe
Many of you may cook Puishak in many ways but for me the most fun is if enough coconut can be added with Puishak then there is no other issue.
So guys, first thing I did was wash the fish well and I rubbed turmeric in it.
Now I keep it covered with a lid for some time after which I grind the coconut well in the sealer.
Next what I did was finely chop the onion and green chillies.
After that I prepare the fish by placing it in chickpeas and adding enough oil to deep fry the fish.
When the fish is fried add enough onion, green chillies, garlic, turmeric powder, chilli powder, salt and season well.
Once it is grated well I put puishak in it now I will boil it well with a lid so I put a lid in it you must not use water because puishak gives enough water with which you can cook puishak nicely.
After 5 minutes I removed the cover and I could see that my puishak was almost cooked and now I put fish in it.
After that I cooked it for another two minutes and then I took it off the stove and my puishak was done.
So friends, if you want, you can easily cook Puishak and eat it, it is very beneficial for our health and plays an important role in keeping our health good.
