Thankuni leaves pakoras
Thankuni leaf is a very useful and medicinal leaf which has immense benefits many people eat thankuni leaves in many ways some eat bharta some even use it with curries today I will share with you how to make thankuni leaf pakora.
First thing you need to do is wash and clean the thankuni leaves.
Next what you need to do is to finely chop the onion, green chillies and a potato and wash and clean it and also chop the Thankooni leaves.
Drain the water well from all and add one cup of flour along with fashion powder and salt and pepper powder and turmeric powder in quantity.
Once all the ingredients are mixed, it should be kneaded well with hands. Once kneaded, it should be covered for 20 minutes.
After that place a pot in the oven and add enough oil in it. After that you have to put this Thankuni leaf pakora in the oil and fry it until light brown.
Thankuni leaf pakora is ready in a short time. If you want, you can easily make Thankuni leaf pakora and eat it with tomato sauce. It is very fun to eat.
