Photography Recipe for cooking fish with Dhundul
Yes guys today I will be cooking with fish fresh from my tree.
And I will share that recipe with you, I hope you will like it, so without further ado, let's start the recipe.
Everything you need to make this recipe
Dhundal half a kg
Fish 8-9 pieces
Five to six green chillies
Two medium sized tomatoes
One medium sized onion
Turmeric powder half teaspoon
Cumin powder half teaspoon
Like the amount of salt
Soybean oil half cup

The first thing I did was to remove the fronds from the tree and cut them clean and washed them.
After that, I finely chopped the green chillies, onions and tomatoes
Then what I did was rub turmeric in the fish and put the pan in the pan to fry the fish whenever the oil got hot I put the fish in it.
Then what I did was deep fry the fish until it was brown in color and when the fish was fried I put the fish in another pan and took it out.
And in that oil, I put onion, green chillies, tomatoes, cumin powder, turmeric powder, all the ingredients to grind the masala well.
Whenever the masala is ground well I add dhundul as I will grind the dhundal well with this masala.
As soon as all my ingredients are cooked I add fish with it I don't know if you guys use water while cooking dhundul curry but I will say from my place I have never used water while cooking dhundul curry and I won't even today.
After that I cooked it in flame for 5 more minutes and my Dhundul curry was ready.
You can also cook it very easily if you want.
