Hope all are safe and well!
For few days already I am not eating rice in some of my meals. I feel now heavier tummy when eating rice. 😁 If ever I am not eating rice, there's still carbohydrates in my meals. 😁
This morning I only eat the apple, orange, Siakoy and fresh milk.
It's a beautiful morning that the sun kissed my cheeks while I am taking picture of my breakfast. That's why there's a reflection of the lights in the pictures.
So far, I didn't feel hungry the whole morning. I didn't eat snacks this morning while at work. 😀
By the way, my lunch yesterday was without rice too. 😀 I only eat the Donut, Siakoy, Orange and leftover roasted chicken. 😀
I did not eat rice that lunch time because I bought freshly cooked donuts and Siakoy when I went out to pawnshop to claim the jewelries I pawned since the start of pandemic. I passed by at the adjacent bakeshop and bought some donuts and Siakoy.
I like eating the freshly cooked donuts and Siakoy especially if still hot. Yummy! 😋
