When I joined my husband walking, I realized I need this exercise done regularly. It's good for the heart. After our walk, I felt good. The heaviness was gone. How I wish to do this walk again with him. Maybe when I got to have better schedule with my work, I'll be walking, and possible jogging with my husband again.
Morning might be a good time too but my husband prefers late afternoon. He's getting migraine especially when it's getting hot even early in the morning. In fact, I also got migraines too when we did once. The pictures are taken on my walk with my husband.
