Hello colleagues, today I bring you a new chapter of this incredible story, which a year ago seemed so distant but now it is a reality and as the days go by it becomes more tangible and the emotion to see my dream come true gets bigger and bigger. First of all, I must tell you that since the last time we met we have progressed at a much slower pace, since various factors have influenced things not to flow so quickly, among which we can highlight that one of the workers has not presented more in his workplace, while on the materials side the lime that was unknowingly acquired was industrial and it does not serve to give a good finish, since it is thicker and is linked with coal, which paralyzed a little works inside the house.

Hola compañeros, hoy les traigo un nuevo capítulo de esta increíble historia, la cual hace un año se veía tan distante pero ahora es una realidad y conforme van pasando los días se va concretando de forma más tangible y la emoción por ver mi sueño cumplido se hace cada vez mas grande. Primero que nada debo comentarles que desde la ultima vez que nos vimos hemos avanzado a un ritmo mucho más lento, ya que diversos factores han influido para que las cosas no fluyan tan rápido, entre los cuales podemos resaltar que uno de los obreros no se ha presentado más en su puesto de trabajo, mientras que por el lado de los materiales la cal que fue adquirida sin saberlo era industrial y esta no sirve para dar un buen acabado, ya que es más gruesa y está ligada con carbón, lo cual paralizo un poco las obras en el interior de la casa.

But while all this was happening I got a new job on the weekends, which financially is a great support since I was feeling a bit tight, in turn I have also met with the residents of the community, in order to reach an agreement and thus be able to manage everything related to the power line before the competent bodies, in order to have an efficient service and with the necessary safety standards, since currently the cables are placed in a disorderly manner, which which generates limitations and risks. The issue of drinking water service has also been touched on, as well as other needs that are essential for the proper development of this urban planning and I must admit that if these projects are achieved personally, it would be a great saving, since I would not spend so much on cables. , guayas or tubes, I would have better quality services and my property would be revalued.

Pero mientras todo esto ocurría yo conseguí un nuevo trabajo los fines de semana, lo cual en lo económico es un gran apoyo ya que me estaba viendo algo apretado, a su vez también me he reunido con los vecinos de la comunidad, con la finalidad de ponernos de acuerdo y así poder gestionar ante los órganos competentes todo lo relacionado con el tendido eléctrico, para de ese modo contar con un servicio eficiente y con los estándares de seguridad necesarios, ya que en la actualidad los cables están colocados de forma desordenada, lo cual genera limitaciones y riesgos. También se ha tocado el tema del servicio de agua potable, así como otras necesidades que son primordiales para el buen desarrollo de ese urbanismo y debo admitir que si estos proyectos se logran en lo personal seria un gran ahorro, ya que no gastaría tanto en cables, guayas o tubos, contaría con servicios de mejor calidad y se revalorizaría mi propiedad.

So thinking about it, even though the works on the house have been somewhat slow, time has not been wasted and I have been focused on other areas that in the future can result in great benefits, in addition, the intense rains that hit my country are also present in this city, therefore, when it comes to building, you have to take things easy and be careful so that nothing is lost. At this stage I want to introduce most of the internal walls already friezed and with the characteristic white color that lime gives them, in addition, the door frames have already been installed, which arrived with delays and we had to be creative to place them without causing damage to walls.

Entonces pensándolo bien a pesar de que las obras en la casa han estado algo lentas el tiempo no se ha perdido y he estado enfocado en otras áreas que en un futuro pueden resultar en grandes beneficios, además las intensas lluvias que azotan mi país también se hacen presente en esta ciudad, por lo tanto, cuando se trata de construir hay que tomar las cosas con calma y estar precavidos para que no se pierda nada. en esta etapa quiero presentarles a la mayoría de las paredes internas ya frisadas y con el característico color blanco que le da la cal, además ya fueron instalados los marcos de las puertas, los cuales llegaron con retrasos y hubo que ser creativos para colocarlos sin causar daños a las paredes.

But one of the things that I liked the most about this new advance is that the windows with their protectors made from rebar and the main door have already been placed, these elements not only provide a great contribution to the house aesthetically, but also that also allows to secure its interior, which in my opinion is one of the most important factors at this stage of the project. Inside everything is almost ready, it is important to highlight that only the area of ​​the counter and the lower part of the kitchen will be left in a rustic way, since in the future some type of ceramic or porcelain will be placed there, with which it will be given to the whole area a simple, practical and elegant environment. On the other hand, the exterior walls of the house will be plastered only with cement, since, as in the kitchen, this area will be later intervened in another way to achieve a finish that is more resistant to weather and at the same time very beautiful. .

Pero una de las cosas que mas me gusto de este nuevo avance es que ya fueron colocadas las ventanas con sus protectores elaborados a base de cabillas y la puerta principal, estos elementos no solo le brindan un gran aporte a la casa en lo estético, sino que también permite asegurar su interior, lo cual a mi pensar es uno de los factores mas importantes a esta altura del proyecto. Por dentro esta todo casi listo, es importante resaltar que se dejará en forma rustica solo el área del mesón y la parte inferior de la cocina ya que en un futuro allí se colocará algún tipo de cerámica o porcelanato, con lo cual se le dará a toda el área un ambiente sencillo, practico y elegante. Por otro lado, las paredes exteriores de la casa quedaran frisadas solamente con cemento, ya que al igual que sucede en la cocina esta área será intervenida posteriormente de otra forma para lograr un acabado que sea más resistente a la intemperie y al mismo tiempo muy bonito.

With this new phase about to be completed, my house is already taking a very nice shape, with its windows and doors you can already admire how elegant it will be in the future, but for now it's time to keep fighting to take firm steps for this interesting path, which has been full of difficulties, learning, achievements and happiness. Hopefully things go as planned and in a new installment I can present you with more progress and better news, in mind I already have in mind what will be the internal wiring, the emptying of the floor, the septic tank and beginning to enclose the perimeter, I know that there is still a long way to go but at the moment things are going well and that makes me very happy. Con esta nueva fase ya a punto de ser concluida mi casa ya va tomando una forma muy linda, con sus ventanas y puertas ya se puede admirar lo elegante que será en un futuro, pero por ahora toca seguir luchando para ir dando pasos firmes por este interesante camino, el cual ha estado lleno de dificultades, aprendizajes, logros y felicidades. Ojalá que las cosas salgan como están planeadas y en una nueva entrega les pueda presentar mayores avances y mejores noticias, en mente tengo ya muy presente lo que será el cableado interno, el vaciado del piso, el pozo séptico y comenzar a encerrar el perímetro, se que aun falta mucho por recorrer pero por los momento las cosas van bien y eso me tiene muy contento. ¡Saludos, abrazos, bendiciones y éxitos a todos!
