Este evento se efectuó aproximadamente a las 4 y 30 de la tarde, en el L. B. Jesús Alberto Marcano Echezuria, ubicado en la calle Bolívar de la población de Marigüitar, municipio Bolívar, estado Sucre, las instituciones educativas participantes en los Niveles o Modalidades de Primaria y Media General, fueron: U.E.N. Francisco Mejía, U.E.N. Prof. Aristóbulo Iztúriz, U.E. Román Chalbaud, U.E.P. Julio Garmendia, L.B. JAME, U.E.A. Luis Mariano Rivera, la actividad inició con la entonación del Himno Nacional y Estadal, seguido de las palabras a cargo del coordinador del Territorio del Circuito Educativo número 03 del Centro de Desarrollo de la Calidad Educativa Municipio Bolívar, Estado Sucre, el especialista Edwin Silva, para aperturar el evento.

Seguidamente, se presentaron las demás instituciones, que contaron historias maravillosas, muchas de ellas inventadas por los propios estudiantes, con el apoyo del docente en el área creativa de Patrimonio y Turismo, donde juegan un papel primordial en el rescate de la identidad cultural, difundiendo estos relatos, poniendo de manifiesto la enseñanza de valores morales y sociales, muchas veces se relatan los fenómenos históricos, naturales y aconteceres diarios de la vida cotidiana del venezolano, como fuente invaluable de sabiduría y conocimiento popular, contribuyendo a promover la cultura e identidad nacional.

Se completaron las presentaciones con la estudiante del Liceo JAME, para continuar con la elección y coronación de la Reina de la Primavera, esta festividad se efectúa desde hace varios años en nuestro municipio en el sistema educativo como lineamientos emanado por el ministerio de educación, para enaltecer este ritual, como el símbolo de conexión entre la humanidad y la naturaleza, como fuente de la abundancia y fertilidad de la región, atrayendo el poder de la abundancia y la prosperidad en las cosechas, con la llegada de la hermosa primavera. La niña que represento a nuestra institución Román Chalbaud, fue la estudiante de 5.º grado Alba Velásquez, con la flor de la Margarita, aunque no resultó, todas son ganadoras, pero debía haber una electa para representarnos en el encuentro municipal, prontamente a celebrarse, fue la estudiante de la U.E. Francisco Mejía, hizo muy bonita presentación, fue muy dinámica y natural.

Para culminar esta actividad, se realizó el compartir, con las degustaciones de platos típicos de meriendas, entre ellas: arroz con coco, besos de coco, turrones o conservas de coco, dulce de mango, carato de mango, majarete, estuvo muy bueno todas estas merienda, comimos hasta más no poder, tanto que lo que me dieron me lo tuve que llevar, ya no podía con más, eso es lo bueno de estos eventos, que al final de la jornada, tenemos el compartir, producto de la colaboración de cada institución participante, en esta oportunidad fue la U.E.A. Luis Mariano Rivera, la responsable del evento, nos atendieron con mucha cordialidad, los felicitamos por tan organizado evento. Tocó irnos muy contentos y conforme con la actividad, como siempre estas actividades se desarrollan, con la autogestión de los docentes de cultura y el apoyo de las instituciones educativas.
