Podemos apreciar, los diferentes santos y vírgenes que adornan la iglesia, en especial en el frente el Cristo, la Virgen del Rosario y la santa eucaristía, ese acabado que hicieron adelante quedó muy bonito, le da color al altar, acompañado de los arreglos florales, todo encaja perfectamente, sé que hay legiones dentro de la iglesia que cada vez más hacen que luzca mejor, los felicito por ese gran trabajo que están realizando en la iglesia.

Como le había comentado anteriormente, nuestra patrona llegó a Marigüitar hace más 150 años, nuestro pueblo desde ese entonces es muy devoto de ella, anteriormente esta iglesia, era una capilla, eso lo relatan los historiadores de Marigüitar, con el tiempo hubo modificaciones, hasta la actual que tenemos hoy, cada padre que llega a prestar su servicio de sacerdote en la iglesia, la ha decorado y modificado internamente, recuerdo que hace más de 25 años cuando estaba un padre, mando a quitar todas las imágenes que hoy están pegadas en las paredes, muchos feligreses, no lo vieron bien, hasta que retomo otro padre y volvieron a colocar las imágenes en su lugar.
