The greatness of the world around us lies mainly in the infinitely small things in it. There is a whole underworld of shapes, textures and colors that very few have been lucky enough to know up close.

Insects are a good model for photography. They provide us with spectacular shots in a natural way. Because they are so enigmatic and attractive, with their color combinations that nature has endowed them with.
Photographing insects is an interesting, fascinating and educational hobby, since we become a kind of explorers in search of small and large expressions of the beauty that Mother Nature offers us.
