Seen a beef merchant who smiled when I took a picture. He was very passionate about cutting meat, to make a living for his family.
The friend below is a man in a blue shirt, focusing on separating the tail from the meat. Until I really observed him who was so focused on cutting skills.
You can see the 2 photos above, a father wearing a cap is cutting the ox thigh very carefully and neatly. And below there is also a father who is cutting chickens that have been slaughtered. These chickens are sold at a price of 55.000 / head and the price of beef is priced at 180,000/kg.
