Setting healthy objectives is a good thing as it allows us to keep our activities and health in check from time to time and know the areas that need adjustments.

What would you like to improve in your lifestyle that could benefit your health?
Firstly; I will like to go back to that time when I use to spend some time in meditation. After the birth of my baby, I have been very occupied which led me to neglect some of my healthy routines, and meditation happens to be one of them.
So, for this coming next year I plan to dedicate at least three times a week about twenty minutes each to meditation.
Why Do I think Meditation is important?

Meditation "does give me a sense of calm, peace, and balance these benefit my emotional well-being and overall health. It as well helps me to relax and cope with stress by refocusing my attention on something calming like music or the natural environment. It helps me to stay centered and keep my inner peace". So for these, I'm very particular about adding meditation to my routine as I use to.

In my pre-motherhood, I don't joke with my exercise but I have not been taking it seriously these days. Even though without doing any form of exercise I got back my pre-pregnancy body just a few weeks after my delivery, I still want to keep to that routine as it helps me in a lot of ways.
Exercising helps my body and mind to be active, for someone that works from home I must exercise regularly. I already have a good body shape and I like to keep it that way.
Some Little Tweak On What I Eats

I have been taking soft drinks a lot lately, a habit I picked during my pregnancy and it is time I control it. For this, I will work on replacing my soft drinks with fruit drinks. If I can do this it will go a long way to getting a fresher look and a healthier body.
Another area of my food that needs a little tweak is reducing my red oil intake. I love oily soups which are not very healthy for my heart, I'm working on reducing the amount of oil in my soups.
Set 3 objectives for 2023 to improve your health or change unhealthy habits
So My main three objectives for 2023 will be as follows;
•Go back to spending some time in meditation, at least three times a week twenty minutes each.
•Exercise regularly, at least three to four times a week.
•Replacing my soft drinks with fruit juices, and working on reducing my oily soups intake.
In other, for me to keep to these activities, I have set a reminder on my google calendar that will notify me at the appropriate time. This way I don't forget to carry out each of the above at the appointments time and days.
