Last week I was attacked by my cat. I got a severe bite, and everyone over on you know where was telling me I needed to RUN to the Dr and get an antibiotic shot.
He is my cat and I know He's had his shots, so I wasn't too worried, but then I was sickish all weekend.
So I tried sending photos to the Emory PCP for an opinion, but of course they can't get PAID by insurance if they do that, so I had to go spend about 90 min of my life (including travel and going back to the Pharmacy) chasing this down.
The Dr said He wouldn't have been concerned at all, and only reluctantly gave me a script (5 days, 2x daily) of Augmentin.
I already had 2 tabs left from a previous event.
Then today, I went back for a "Nuclear Stress Test"
A nuclear stress test is an imaging test that shows how blood goes to the heart at rest and during exercise. It uses a small amount of radioactive material, called a tracer or radiotracer. The substance is given by IV. An imaging machine takes pictures of how the tracer moves through the heart arteries. This helps find areas of poor blood flow or damage in the heart.I well and truly hate those things, and today on the treadmill I couldn't stand it long enough to get my pulse over 93 BPM, with 120 BPM being the target.
I have a follow up appointment to go over the results next week.
That takes care of the morning events today
I had set up a HVAC Tech visit between 12 noon and 4 pm.
Just after noon, I decided to call my IP and phone provider to see why I couldn't call a customer support phone # in CHINA.
AV on my phone is now saying the app I use to view and control one of my Cams is a TROJAN and insisted I delete the app.
If I did that, I would be throwing away about $300.00 worth of outside remote control camera.
It was my intent to call and see if there were an update for the app.
When I couldn't call China, I called (god help me) xfinity customer support.
2 hrs bouncing around with their CHAT BOT, which I could NOT get to listen, that I was NOT having problems with my internet (didn't matter, stupid bot sent a reset code to my modem TWICE during this period) when I FINALLY got a Hooman, for some reason she took offense that I refused to do a network reset on MY PHONE, and shortly after I hung up, I got THIS in email
We'll wait for you
On March 02, the Xfinity Mobile number (404) 424-3337 was suspended at your request. If you currently have a watch paired to this phone, it will also be suspended.
Your service will automatically be reinstated after 14 days, unless it's a military suspension. If you'd like to start back up sooner, chat with us via Xfinity Assistant.
Remember, while the service is suspended, billing for services and device payments (if applicable) continues.
I DID NOT REQUEST MY SERVICE BE SUSPENDED!!!
Of course I could not call them back, so I went to my neighbors and called the HVAC people to let them know I couldn't be reached by phone.
After another hour, I got my phone turned back on, then the HVAC person showed up, (that part went well)
His Majesty kept sticking His nose into my business while I waited.
Then in a rare show of solidarity, I got Him to "more or less" pose
So, I know not yet what will be the outcome of all these tests, I almost wish I didn't have the options to go get tested.
But I'd rather know than not.
