It is these folks that give industries crappy reputations....MLM, Internet Marketing, affiliate marketing all get grouped as scams because people try to recruit folks as jobs. Non of them pay per hour, it is different and folks deserve to know that. A business and a job will never be the same, and an employee mindset will never run a successful business.
