What is the current utility/future utility of the CTP token?

Is there an opportunity to delegate Hive to the CTP account and receive daily staked CTP? (This will help as it encourages people to post in CTP community as you have a CTP account with large curations. See LEO/Hive Hustlers so you know what i'm talking about.)
