Hi Folks
Each day I come to the HIVE and CTP Talk as part of my daily ‘To Do List’ – not that these are specific things on my list , but what is on my list is to engage with people every day.
Engaging with people every day is all well and good and it is great that I have formed a great friendship and acquaintance with a set group of people, every day.
On my list where it says engage with people ever day I have a caveat , and that is to engage with at least one new person every single day, and so I do
I will make sure that I comment on a total strangers post each and ever day. I will look for the most recent pots on HIVE and or CTP Talk and read what people are contributing. The ones that really fire me up in some way I will comment on.
As most of you that know me, know that my comments are usually quite positive and supporting and that is the way that it should be in a community, even the genuine critique comments are done with love and the motivation to improve and move forwards
.
I see many posts about engaging in the community and writing blog posts and up voting and commenting etc, however what I see is the same people encouraging others to do this.
And here again is a same person encouraging others to do this.
We are a community and we are a community of support and encouragement, we are also a community that encourages people to just let us know who you are and what you are doing, and if we have to use the incentive of, YOU WILL EARN IF YOU ENGAGE, then we will do this
- YOU EARN to up vote posts.
- YOU EARN to comment on posts
- YOU EARN to make posts
And the more you engage the more others will engage with you and the more others engage with you the more you earn and the more you earn the greater others earn and 'THE MORE YOU EARN THE MORE YOU EARN’ (Thanks 
There are numerous opportunities to engage and if you don’t like what you see then look a bit deeper, type keywords into the HIVE search to find posts that might relate to what you enjoy.
And that is also imperative, you need to enjoy what you are doing
I threw out a challenge in my HIVE News post – make it a must to at least up-vote 5 posts or comments every day and make it a must to comment 5 times a day
Engage and you will be engaging
