Hard work
I had to give a speech about the new way of working and learning at a really cool stage
Suddenly a beer
After all that work, I was tiered and a bit thirsty. So what should I say, suddenly there was a nice beer....
Zweifalter Beer
The Zwiefalter Kloster Weizen has a light yellow very yeasty cloudy color topped by a large white foam mountain. The smell is very sour, floral and very yeasty. The nose is full-bodied and very tart as well as bubbly. The taste is very fresh slightly tart, yeasty and hoppy which surprises me for a wheat beer. It finishes very yeasty and somewhat clove-like. The sourness and fizz make it seem very tangy, the hops make it refreshing and tart but a bit unround. There is also a taste of wet cardboard. I miss something the fruity fullness of other beers.
Overall a refreshing beer for the summer with a bit of banana taste
What other say
Golden yellow, mild, velvety and soft. Clean and pleasant taste, yet not very intense, not particularly drinkable.
Fresh, light, tart, tangy with relatively high carbonation.
For me, a rather average Woizen.
