It was quite fine this morning. I decided to revisit the woods to see if more bluebells had appeared. I think it might be a little too early yet. There are plenty of yellow daffodils and celandines out in the woods and along the side of the roads, though.
Just as I'd parked my car at the entrance to the woods, I spotted a squirrel helping itself to the nuts someone had left at the base of the tree.
Nature is very clever. Even on trees that have fallen down, their leaves and buds, continue to grow.
I sometimes take photos of nothingness, purely because I like the contrasting colours.
I was correct, as there were still only a few bluebells out. Hopefully, in another week’s time, there will be more.
On the way back, I pulled over to take a photo of four chickens. One just ran out of my photo like Road Runner! They went back into the garden where they had escaped from.
