Fueron también intuidos por la inspiración poética, algunos de cuyos máximos exponentes, llegaron a plantear, después de Shakespeare, la existencia de mundos dentro de mundos o la visión, quimérica y tendente a la nostalgia de lo efímero, de la comparación con frágiles pompas de jabón.

Tan frágiles, en esencia, como esa delicada frontera o tierra de nadie, que todas las culturas han presentido a lo largo de su historia, como un no menos metafórico velo que separa el antagonismo de dos mundos condenados a convivir sin encontrarse: el físico y el espiritual.
