Pleasant night to all of you, I hope. This was the last day of ’s homeschool week. I’ve split my attention since Monday, and I’m looking forward to an uninterrupted Friday to focus on the
Proxy Prospectus, and I’m sure he’ll be looking forward to uninterrupted time on ROBLOX. Also, I’m going to be testing some distance shoots this week. I’ve set things up with a few model friends. I have a unique approach that’s going to involve utilizing my projector, but I’m looking forward to shooting during this weird times.
Speaking of weird, it was weird for me to be on the other side of the world last year, but there I was. Christchurch, New Zealand with my friend and pinup partner, Miss Victory Violet. We shot at OGB, or Old Government Building, which is exactly what it sounds like. After the 2011 earthquakes, an old building in the center downtown used for government business was converted in to a space with bars, barbershops, restaurants and hotels. We shot in a small parlor just inside the lobby.
Ashley was such a beautiful, capable model and a walk in the park for our entire session. She was funny, but dry in her humor, similar to my own. Miss Victory Violet is a world class hair and make-up artist, and with 90 minutes, she was shoot ready. The wardrobe was vintage and fit her perfectly. Everything just came together. She took direction well and I can genuinely say this was the shoot I had the most fun with in New Zealand. These images will be in this month’s Killah magazine.
This is it! I’m entirely finished with all the clients I shot with in New Zealand. This was a huge milestone and during the global crisis, this is precisely the thing I need to stay motivated and positive. Tomorrow, I’m going to try and write, and chop away at the work for the rest of this month. Great seeing Hive listed on Huobi exchange. Waking up this morning to seeing Hive up 66% was a very nice way to start the day. Thanks for reading. Have a good night!
