Hey everyone! Today I wanted to stop and make a reflection about life. Sounds philosophical, and it probably is, but I feel we are so caught up in our hollow problems and fast-paced lives that we often forget to appreciate the things in live.
That is why I decided to write this post.
I’d like to name a few things for which I am grateful.
This is a simple exercise of meditation and makes me feel very calm and appreciative afterwards. I encourage you to do the same.
These are the things I am grateful for today:
- Having breakfast under the morning sun

**- Seeing my vegetables grow **

- Bike rides along the coast

- The smell of sea water

- To be able to work doing what I love the most, modeling

- The touch of vibrant plants in spring
