Each night I take my two dogs out for a walk near my house. I take them separately because one would tie myself and my other dog up in knots. 12 years old and still a puppy at heart, he gets way way too excite to control. Sure sure he will sit at every corner and sit when he is too out of hand and been told to. But he loves his walks and wants to sniff and mark every bush, tree and pole along the way. He is fixed but still wants any other dog to know where he's been. My second dog loves to parade himself along our walk. He struts and I think he wants everyone to know he is special and only special dogs like him get to go on walks.
About the pictures. I will be taking pics along our walks cuz I enjoy the night and the shadows and how light bounce off houses, cars, trees and create a totally different world then the day. On Mayberry Street, I have encountered coyotes and usually see their silhouettes as we make our way up it. One isn't anything to worry about but we have been encountering a pair and even three lately. My dogs see them as just other dogs and don't know the danger. I do and usually don't get too worried unless my silly dogs start pulling away from me or seemingly bark invitingly at them. I carry on old 'fungo' bat from my days as a baseball player and coach but have never had to use it. A loud 'hey' or 'get' usually causes them to take off but only to see them slyly circle back to watch us in case we falter or get careless.
These pics are just a couple quick snaps with some editing and colorization to change the feel and mood. These latest pics are of a wheelbarrow left on the tree lawn of a residence. Symbol of unfinished business, yard work that grew too hard and laborious that the resident just stopped. 2nd one is of a house that I like their lighting plan. Simple house with a nice lighting scheme accents it nicely. Great curb appeal. The 3rd pic is of the moon poking through some tree branches and some obvious green lint on the lens, lol.
