Zaragoza ist sehr berühmt für die Basílica del Pilar Party. Normalerweise dauert das Fest 7 Tage oder sogar zwei Wochen. Man kann viele Konzerte, Veranstaltungen besuchen und verschiedene Menschen aus ganz Spanien und auch aus anderen Regionen treffen. Die Leute verkleiden sich und tragen mittelalterliche Kostüme. Auf den Straßen wird auch viel gesungen. Es wird Wein getrunken und in aller Öffentlichkeit gegessen, und die Menschen feiern sehr friedlich. Letztes Jahr, im Jahr 2021, bin ich von meiner Wohnung ins Zentrum gelaufen, um mir die Veranstaltungen anzusehen. Ich ließ das Leben auf mich wirken. Es hat mich gefreut zu sehen, wie die Menschen feierten, selbst in Zeiten der Pandemie. Natürlich war es nicht so wie in den Jahren zuvor, aber wie du sehen kannst, waren auch viele Menschen da, um die Virgen del Pilar zu sehen. Als ich ankam, waren meine Freunde schon da und luden mich auf einen Drink ein. Zaragoza ist eine Stadt wie Las Vegas, mitten in der Wüste und sehr windig, weil der Wind von den Pyrenäen kommt. Ich freue mich darauf, Zaragoza endlich wieder besuchen zu können. Es ist eine wunderschöne Stadt mit vielen Bars und netten Menschen. Nachdem ich zwei Jahre lang in Zaragoza gelebt habe, habe ich mich an die spanische Sprache und den Lebensrhythmus in Zaragoza gewöhnt.

Zaragoza is very famous for the Basílica del Pilar party. Normally the party lasts 7 days or even two weeks. You can see a lot of concerts, events and meet different people from all over Spain and also from other regions. People dress up and wear medieval costumes. There is a lot of singing in the streets too. Wine is drunk and food is eaten openly, the people will celebrate very peaceful. Last year in 2021 I walked from my flat to the center to see the events. Letting life take over. I was enjoying to see how the people were celebrating, even in pandemic times. Of course, it was not like the years before, but as you can see, there were also many people to see the virgen del pilar. As soon as I arrived, friends were there and invited me for a drink. Zaragoza is a city like Las Vegas in the middle of the desert and very windy because the wind is generated by the Pyrenees. I am looking forward to finally being able to visit Zaragoza again. It's a beautiful city, with lots of bars and nice people. After living in Zaragoza for two years, I have got used to the Spanish language and the rhythm of life in Zaragoza.
