Storybook Baby Seal

I had an incredibly busy day at the beach with Graduation Photoshoots scheduled every hour. In between shoots I looked at the ocean and spotted this baby seal! It looked like a character straight out of a children's storybook and I was obsessed. I brought out my 600mm lens and started photographing the little guy. I stayed the appropriate amount of distance away from the baby Hawaiian Monk Seal that was allowed by the state park workers that were working at the beach that day. I felt so lucky to have the opportunity to photograph this monk seal.
