This small islet is called s'Epalmador and is located between the two Pitiusa islands, Ibiza and Formentera. It has the highest level of environmental protection and its beach is visited in summer by the yachts that frequent the channel between the two islands. You might think that these dark spots in the sea are pollution, but it turns out that the opposite is true, they are meadows of Posidonia algae, which are the reason why these marine waters are so transparent and blue.
