Musical Co-Creation: Choose the cover for my new single.
Help me choose an album cover for Tetrahedroseph's next single.
Yes, a new single is coming soon! Remember those? They had extra songs and extra art that usually didn't appear on the final album release. I'll be making most of it by hand.
Low budget (black and white), punk rock, and guerrilla, right?!
The full album release will be titled, "Mutation" and we can see a variation on the album cover below.
1 Do you like the first image?
The only difference is the font. This first variation uses a font that reminded me of what I was seeing in some of the albums. A Dandy Livingstone "Best Of" album uses a similar stencil/military type font.
Pros: I can recreate the exact font if I export the PicsArt image to Canva. Another benefit, I can use any type of store bought stencil set to decorate the CD's I will probably want to create. Stamping the top of a CD sticker is my favorite approach at the moment. Those are strong logistical arguments.
Cons: It's kinda hard to read and my mom already said she likes the other one.
2 Do you like the second image?
The only difference is the font. This second variation uses a font that reminded me of what I was seeing on a 45 for The Specials.
Pro: This second image looks like the band/song that I modeled "Rude Immunity" after. This font and it's presentation seem very easy on the eyes.
Con: The text font is slightly more difficult to deal with.

The image below is for a new holographic sticker. It's a combination of the album's cover and a plate holding the neck to the body of #TheBrokenYellowGuitar. They are one.
I'll be creating a post about making stickers next. I've made some by hand and I've also paid.
