Hola a todos hoy le vamos a interpretar All in Love Is Fair.
English
Hi everyone, today we're going to play "All in Love Is Fair." It's not a song I've listened to forever; I got to know it little by little, and I really liked it. It's not one of those songs that grabs you right away, but after listening to it for a while, it starts to grow on you.
It's by Stevie Wonder, and it has something that isn't as simple as it seems. The chords change quite a bit, but it doesn't feel complicated; rather, everything is well-placed. What I like is that it doesn't sound overdone; everything is quite direct, but at the same time, it has details that can be lost if you're not careful.
In this version, we're going to play it with flute and guitar. The flute carries the melody, and I accompany it on the guitar, trying not to add too much. It's one of those songs where if you play too much, you ruin it a bit, so it's best to leave it alone.
I also feel that it's not a song to play quickly or to show off. Rather, it's about listening carefully to what's happening and playing calmly. If you rush, it loses all its meaning.
To me, it sounds like a conversation, not something dramatic. It's not entirely sad, but it's not entirely joyful either; it's somewhere in between. And I think that's why it works, because it doesn't go to extremes.
Anyway, let's see how it turns out, and I hope you like it.
