En muchas oportunidades me encuentro con pequeños y grandes detalles que despiertan mi creatividad y es allí donde me siento a placer, por la felicidad que esto me produce al convertirse en materia prima que me permite escribir un texto, crear una canción o una línea melódica, con la que luego puedo hacer música o desarrollar composición con más profundidad.
Las melodías generalmente las tarareo, las ubico en la guitarra o en el piano, luego estudio las figuras rítmicas y después les agrego las notas y la tonalidad para tener así más claro todo el concepto creativo. Este proceso generalmente me reconforta y me llena de positividad.
En esta semana 181, les quiero compartir una pequeña composición, cuyo motivo o creación fue a partir de un poema que hice un mes atrás, dedicado
a una mariposa. Suelo estar en el jardín del edificio donde vivo y al que yo llamo mi jardín; en él suelo observar las flores y demás plantas para fotografiarlas y deleitarme con sus colores. Una tarde muy tranquila, una mariposa me regaló un agradable momento al posarse en una flor y quedarse inmovil por un rato.
Logré fotografiarla y al subir a mi apartamento comencé a darle forma a este poema, luego a partir de lo que había escrito, traté de reflejar musicalmente, la bella imagen de la mariposa sobre la flor.
Es una corta composición que un poco refleja lo breve y hermoso del momento que yo disfrutaba. A continuación, el poema:
Una mariposa en mi jardín.
Una linda mariposa
está posada en una flor
sin deseos de volar
con su gentil color.
Me hace felíz verla allí
tranquila y majestuosa
eligió mi jardín
en esta tarde silenciosa.
Las mariposas son libres
solo por un rato estará
otras flores, otros jardines
su bello color,... esperarán.
Una linda mariposa
embellece mi jardín
una fotografía hermosa
me recordará, que estuvo allí.

A warm and heartfelt greeting to the entire Hive Music Festival community.
I often come across small and large details that spark my creativity, and that’s when I feel truly at ease—because of the joy it brings me as these details become the raw material that allows me to write a text, create a song or a melodic line, which I can then use to make music or develop a composition in greater depth.
I usually hum the melodies, work them out on the guitar or piano, then study the rhythmic patterns, and finally add the notes and key to clarify the entire creative concept. This process generally comforts me and fills me with positivity.
In this 181st week, I want to share a short composition with you, inspired by a poem I wrote a month ago, dedicated to a butterfly. I often spend time in the garden of the building where I live, which I call my garden; there I usually observe the flowers and other plants to photograph them and delight in their colors. One very quiet afternoon, a butterfly gave me a pleasant moment by landing on a flower and staying still for a while.
I managed to take a picture of it, and when I got back to my apartment, I began to put this poem together. Then, based on what I had written, I tried to capture the beautiful image of the butterfly on the flower through music.
It’s a short piece that captures a little of the fleeting beauty of the moment I was enjoying. Here is the poem:
A Butterfly in My Garden.
A lovely butterfly
is perched on a flower
with no desire to fly
with its gentle color.
It makes me happy to see it there
calm and majestic
it chose my garden
on this quiet afternoon.
Butterflies are free
it will only be here for a while
other flowers, other gardens
its beautiful color... will wait.
A beautiful butterfly
adorns my garden
a lovely photograph
will remind me that it was there.
