Dear souls,
i wonder if you would lend me a hand.
i 've been putting something off, which i know would help me be a better and more effective person. That is, to livestream my daily morning practice.
Doing this will help me in particular because i will be setting the time and space to ensure i actually do practice daily as i will be accountable to others who will turn up at the other end of the livestream. When there is someone else here in the house i don't have this problem as i agree with the other(s) a time we will get up and practice each day, and ring the gong quite loudly if the other (s) has not appeared.
So, i will set a time and day to begin. i think there are perhaps three or four or more friends in european time zones who may well join so i propose a time of 8am my time UTC+3 which i think will fit for most. And i think we will begin with a 45 - 60 minute practice of meditation and kundalini yoga which i will guide, but sometimes with a guided recording by one of my teachers Jai Dev Singh for part of the practice.

Sometimes i attempt to guide or coach others to help them become more physically, mentally and emotionally balanced, more content with life, feeling and experiencing joyfully all the ups and downs, the roller-coaster of this dreamworld in which we appear to live.
Yet how can i hope to be successful in guiding others toward this state, if i am not personally doing the stuff which i know is good for the above and i am guiding them to do? Well i can't fully, only as far as i am. So it's time for me to step up my game.
High Vibration Food
The food we eat plays a big part in this too, in lowering or raising our vibration. i need to step up my game in that department too. Fortunately i have starting to in-courage me to love myself more in that respect. Thank you brother.

Here is a conversation i had with a friend, to give an example of my coaching:

Do you have a daily "presence" practice, meditation for example?
Friend
I know i should, it just tends to be less of a priority than what im obsessed with at the time
I got lots of anchors, but no routines at all
Me
Right. i understand. i've been skipping it quite a bit lately. I tend do do so when i dont have anyone staying with me (i have volunteers come).
What is your diet like, eating habits, types of food?
Friend
I used to meditate betwen 4:300-6:00 roughly, as i wake up at 4ish most days
Me
That is perfect time.
When there is already stillness outside, it makes it easier to be aware of the deep inner stillness, which is our true self.
Friend
I would love to be Vegan again, but i eat when im in pain, so not much tbh... Huel is the best thing i have i guess, local takeaways that is not processed food... every other day with snacking inbetween is about avg.
Me
This should be our number one priority (a stillness practice) as it seeps through our whole day, so we can perform optimally.
Friend
yea, maybe i should turn my mac off at night... so i cant just "jump on and resume" ... give me those few moments to go "hey, look after your self buddy"

Food is one if the next highest priorites as the quantity of prana (life force energy) in food differs enormously depending upon what it is, so again can enhance or diminish our abilities to perform efficiently and more important our feeling of well being, our state of mind.
Do you have a blender?
Me
A blender and juicer would be good. But i suggest start with a blender. I have a personal blender from Tesco. Cost 12 squid and going strong still after twice daily use for 2 years or more. Then buy a big bunch of bananas and lots if greens. Each morning stuff blender with greens, add a little water, blend, add banana, blend again. Delicious and very nutritious. Use that as base recipe. You can add seasonal fruit, cacao powder, chia seeds pre-soaked, etc. But begin with banana and greens (beet greens, chard, lettuce (not iceberg) any greens really.
Start day with meditation followed by smoothie. Do this for two weeks and you will very likely see a positive change. Add more smoothies to increase the effect. Check in with me after a few days (anytime with questions) and we can up the ante.
We can have a video call too if you like. i advise The Presence Process too. Begin reading say 5-10 pages per day (30 or more if poss) then you can add the Presence Process Procedure (a ten week self facilitated emotional-integration process. It will change your life in so many ways, and the lives of others through your presence and through the effects if your work.

Time to Step Up my Game
i think it's super important that i step up my game in particular at this present time, not only to be able to help others better with my health/consciousness coaching, but also as i am beginning to work with at least one blockchain privacy project to implement The Matrix-8 Solution, which has strong potential to empower large groups of people, organisation, communities etc (even billions together -in time) to become more efficient, more effective and more kind.
The Matrix-8 Solution could very well help change the world in so many positive ways, to help humanity to return to an abundant and peaceful state, like it apparently was in The Garden of Eden.
