Most days, after my morning meditation, yoga and chanting practice, i have a green smoothie for breakfast. I began this several years ago after learning about the health benefits from Victoria Boutenko (https://www.goodreads.com/author/show/41941.Victoria_Boutenko).
This green smoothie i made a few days ago contains red and "white" Chard, Cucumber and Melissa (all fresh and organic from my garden).
and some coconut "meat", cacao, banana, turmeric & freshly ground black pepper, a couple of dates, and, wait for it ......
Chia seeds and hemp protein soaked in my fresh morning urine! Yes, urine is super-beneficial for health, really! Check out the following if you don't believe me.

I also often add (when i remember) approx 1 tablespoon of a 12% solution of Borax which is also extremely supportive for health and helps reverse many physical diseases:
