What is the Wednesday Well-being Club?
According to
The Wednesday Wellbeing Club is for anyone who wants to make some lifestyle changes. It will run every week for fifteen weeks until Wednesday 24 November 2021.You can write your own post each week, or you can just leave a comment on each week's post about how things are going for you.
My Weekly Targets🎯
My wellness targets cover a wide range. I am using the Rule of Fives to track the indicators shown in the table below.

| Family Relations | 📚 🎣 | In my previous report I wrote about taking part in Sports Day at my children's school. Over the weekend, we had a chance to go fishing 🎣 again. This time we moved around a bit before we finally settled at one location. It’s amazing to see so many people out fishing on the weekend. Of course the boys were elated and we were happy our neighbors introduced us to a new fishing spot. Achieved |
| Physical Exercise | Walking 🚶 🚊 | I did alot of walking this week as taking the train 🚆 to and from work has now become part of my a daily routine . I also spent some time on the bicycle. Progress |
| Lose 4-5kg 🥅 | -.5kg | I've been checking my weight every Wednesday morning. Now everyone in our household has been doing the Wednesday morning weight check. This is my third weight check since I set the weight loss goal. This week there was no change in my weight so my cumulative weight loss remains at .5kg. I'm happy that there was no weight gain this week. 😎Thumbs up weight stable |
