Para comenzar hay que saber ¿qué es el aloe vera? El Aloe Vera es una de las 250 especies de Aloe, sin embargo, esta se diferencia de las demás por sus altísimas propiedades medicinales. Su nombre científico es Aloe Barbandensis y es conocida también como Sábila. Esta planta se da en desiertos y zonas semidesérticas, es de la clase Liliopsida.
