El dividive y sus origenes.
Hola amigos espero que estén todos chévere y bendecidos, en el hermoso día de hoy hablaremos de una de árbol muy reconocida en Latinoamérica y aquí en mi país Venezuela específicamente en el estado falcón en la ciudad de coro y esta es el dividive el cual no es más que un árbol pequeño el cual también es muy conocido en otros países como ababan, garrobilla, cascalote, guaracabuya así como tara del caribe, es del tipo leguminosa, oriundo de las Antillas y del norte de Sudamérica, Centroamérica y también del sur de México.

Se caracteriza por su peculiar forma de sombrilla en sus frondas, es muy normal conseguir este ejemplar en áreas urbanas y no urbanas, su nombre científico, es Caesalpinia Coriaria, pertenece a la familia de las leguminosas, su tallo suele medir entre 3 y 10 metros de altura, es crispado y pubescente (sin vellos. Las hojas son espinadas se desarrollan en pares de tres y diez, que pueden medir entre 5 y 12 centímetros.
It is characterized by its peculiar form of umbrella in its fronds, it is very normal to get this specimen in urban and non-urban areas, its scientific name is Caesalpinia Coriaria, it belongs to the legume family, its stem usually measures between 3 and 10 meters high, it is twisted and pubescent (without hairs). The leaves are spiny and develop in pairs of three and ten, which can measure between 5 and 12 centimeters.
El fruto tiende a enroscarse, cuando está recién floreciendo es verde, luego al madurar se torna oscuro de color marrón hasta volverse de color negro, sus semillas contienen una sustancia llamada taninos.
The fruit tends to curl up, when it is just flowering it is green, then when it ripens it turns dark brown until it becomes black, its seeds contain a substance called tannins.
El dividivi en su estado silvestre es muy importante, porque es parte de muchos tratamientos médicos, industrialmente así como también parte de los hidrocoloides o gomas, los ácidos gálicos entre muchos otros. Es perfecta ya que es un gran ayudante para evitar la erosión de los suelos, tiene una gran cantidad de sustancias que son buenas para este propósito.

2.Con una piedra triturarlo hasta que quede bien machacado.

- Las raíces se usan como antisépticos en las ulceraciones y contra la gangrena.
- También lo usan como bebida depurativa del colesterol.
- Los frutos se utilizan desinflamar hemorroides.
- Para prevenir y curar el cáncer.
- Las hojas y flores se usan como purgantes.
- Las hojas y frutos para lavar el cabello contra la calvicie, contra la diarrea.
