This is a short video on (some of) the gardens that I'm currently guardian-ing:
I'm sharing here, because the accordo that I have with the owner means I'm not paid like a conventional gardening job; this is a great illustration of how we can Live and Subsist without being in bondage to a system!
The owner is never here to tend his gardens, I'm a Free, Natural Woman, and as such organised with him that I partly caretake, use fruits and harvests from, and generally bring good vibes and Natural Order into the space.
To me, this is a great aspect of Living in Gift: not having pressure of time, controls, a boss directing, or being 'enslaved' to the space: the Right Relationship can unfold, of my working symbiotically with my own energy and needs, alongside what can be done and what wants to come into being. I'm not really 'working' the gardens, but cocreating with Nature - which includes watering the plants when there isn't enough rain to keep them alive, and having a few pots of veggies to bolster my diet.
I consider all food (**Real ** food!) to be Natural Medicine; there are leaves, fruits, herbs, nuts, mushrooms, asparagus, flowers, wood for the fire and all sorts of other wonderful aspects that contribute to my well-being. The very act of being called down there to co-create with the plants and Life, is an act of realignment and nourishment and reactivation of my energy: huge Gifts of Nature, through this 'property' essentially being 'neglected' :-D
