Ya hoy cerrando con el desafío 7 DIAS DE AMOR PROPIO, doy respuesta a la propuesta 6 y 7. Antes de mostrar mi relato agradezco infinitamente al equipo que hizo posible tan hermosa iniciativa que me hizo retornar a lo esencial para reencontrarme y seguir amado y reconociendo mi humanidad con todas mis potencialidades a flor de piel.
Today, closing with the challenge 7 DAYS OF SELF-LOVE, I give an answer to proposal 6 and 7. Before showing my story, I am infinitely grateful to the team that made possible such a beautiful initiative that made me return to the essential to find myself and continue loving and recognizing my humanity with all my potentialities to the surface.
Pandemia ciertamente me hizo profundizar en muchos temas sobre mí y quitarme algunos velos de imposibilidad, entre ellos realmente dedicar tiempo a mi humanidad, no solo desde lo físico, sino también desde lo emocional e intelectual. Creo ha sido un gran tiempo de aprendizajes profundos que jamás olvidaré y tendré presente como un hermoso tesoro, uno de ellos este reto que me moviliza a reafirmar que para valorarse así mismo no hay precio ni tiempo que valga.
Pandemia certainly made me deepen in many topics about myself and remove some veils of impossibility, among them really devote time to my humanity, not only from the physical, but also from the emotional and intellectual. I think it has been a great time of deep learning that I will never forget and I will keep in mind as a beautiful treasure, one of them this challenge that mobilizes me to reaffirm that to value oneself there is no price or time that is worth.
Voy a iniciar con el día 7 el cual nos invita a realizar una actividad de autocuidado y esparcimiento, terminando con el día 6 en una delicada cena escuchando una música suave. Decidí hacerlo así para cerrar el mes con broche de oro.
I am going to start with day 7 which invites us to perform a self-care and leisure activity, ending with day 6 with a delicate dinner listening to soft music. I decided to do it this way to close the month on a high note.

DÍA DE ESPARCIMIENTO | RECREATION DAY
Soy una fanática empedernida de los espacios naturales y tengo el privilegio de vivir en la capital de cuidad de Caracas- Venezuela donde contamos con espacio de esparcimiento muy bien cuidado a los que podemos acudir en cualquier época del año. En esta oportunidad les presento unos de mis lugares favoritos, nuestro querido Wuaraira Repano “El Avila”.
I am an inveterate fan of natural spaces and I have the privilege of living in the capital city of Caracas-Venezuela where we have very well kept recreational spaces where we can go at any time of the year. In this opportunity I present one of my favorite places, our beloved Wuaraira Repano "El Avila".
El mismo posee una serie de senderos abiertos al público para ser visitado, y para nutrir mi día de esparcimiento allí estuve cumpliendo con todas las normas de bioseguridad. Vale destacar que durante pandemia he salido muy poco y poder conectar de nuevo con el afuera y más con lo que adoro que es la naturaleza fue una sensación muy emotiva que guardo como un regalo para mis recuerdos.
It has a series of trails open to the public to be visited, and to nurture my day of recreation I was there complying with all biosafety standards. It is worth mentioning that during the pandemic I have gone out very little and being able to connect again with the outdoors and more with what I love, which is nature, was a very emotional feeling that I keep as a gift for my memories.
Allí me encontré de nuevo con mi montañita que guarda tantos secretos de mí, en este lugar recibí mi primera confesión de amor y mi primer beso, mis primeras excursiones entre amigos, mi primera conexión consciente con los elementales poderosos que nos integran, agua, aire, tierra y fuego, reconocer el poder que genera en mí no tiene valor. Cada vez que necesito armonizarme con solo estar cerca de la naturaleza y especialmente en este lugar se produce la magia para mi equilibrio y paz interior.
There I met again with my little mountain that keeps so many secrets of me, in this place I received my first confession of love and my first kiss, my first excursions among friends, my first conscious connection with the powerful elementals that integrate us, water, air, earth and fire, to recognize the power that it generates in me has no value. Whenever I need to harmonize just being close to nature and especially in this place produces the magic for my balance and inner peace.
Así que inicie mi recorrido de aproximadamente una hora entre tomar el metro llegar a la estación Altamira, embarcar la camioneta que me dejo justo en la entrar para iniciar mi camino a Quebrada Quintero. En el sendero es notorio el cambio de vegetación y clima visualizándose desde algunos parajes una bonita vista de la ciudad.
So I started my journey of about an hour between taking the subway to Altamira station, boarding the van that left me right at the entrance to start my way to Quebrada Quintero. On the trail is noticeable change of vegetation and climate visualizing from some places a nice view of the city.
Ya una vez en quebrada quintero me dispuse a descansar a comer mi refrigerio, luego observar, escuchar y sentir aún más a mi amada naturaleza, extasiada mirando el riachuelo, las mariposas, disfrutando de tan mágica vegetación.
Once in Quebrada Quintero I rested and ate my snack, then I watched, listened and felt even more my beloved nature, ecstatic watching the creek, the butterflies, enjoying the magical vegetation.
Y así decidí conectar con los 4 elementos fluyendo con lo que sentía y deseaba realizar solo en amor y conexión absoluta, con mis manos jugué dibujando en el aire haciendo figuras.
And so I decided to connect with the 4 elements flowing with what I felt and wished to realize only in absolute love and connection, with my hands I played drawing in the air making figures.
Con mis pies removí la tierra en principio dura que luego poco a poco suavice, refirme mis pisadas en este elemento tan poderoso para mi andar.
With my feet I stirred the earth, at first hard and then little by little softened it, refracting my footsteps in this element so powerful for my gait.
Sentir la fluidez del agua entre los dedos de mis pies, manos y rostro, limpiar y devolver la lozanía a mi piel con el agua templada del río, fue delicioso y sanador.
Feeling the fluidity of the water between my toes, hands and face, cleansing and restoring the freshness of my skin with the warm water of the river was delightful and healing.
CENA DE AMOR PROPIO | SELF LOVE DINNER
Armonizada me dispuse a volver a casa tempano, para cerrar el día de esparcimiento de una manera especial, al llegar al hogar después de una buena desinfección, me dispuse a prepararme unas deliciosas panquecas de arroz.
I got ready to return home to close the day of relaxation in a special way, when I arrived home after a good disinfection, I prepared myself some delicious rice pancakes.
Todos los ingredientes: *arroz cocido, agua, huevos, harina de maíz sin gluten, canela y azúcar*, bien mezclados en la licuadora, queda una masa homogénea con la que hice la prueba en el budare enaceitado para que no se pegaran, y así toda perfecta me quedaron mis panquecas de arroz y amor para degustarla en mi cena especial.
All ingredients: *cooked rice, water, eggs, gluten-free corn flour, cinnamon and sugar*, well blended in the blender, I got a homogeneous dough with which I did the test in the oiled budare so they didn't stick, and so all perfect I got my rice and love pancakes to taste them in my special dinner.
Me faltaba un elemento de la naturaleza, el fuego que integré a través de una velita de mandarina para trasmutar todo lo viejo, integrando pensamientos positivos y así terminar un mes de amor y autocuidado, reconociendo la importancia de darme estos regalos con más frecuencia.
I was missing an element of nature, the fire that I integrated through a tangerine candle to transmute all the old, integrating positive thoughts and thus ending a month of love and self-care, recognizing the importance of giving myself these gifts more often.
Panquecas con queso mozarella y un jugo de piña con cambur ideal para reponer energía, digestivo y saludable para las articulaciones, para completar mi consentimiento, un majar de piña que me regalo mi mamí.
Pancakes with mozzarella cheese and a pineapple juice with cambur, ideal to replenish energy, digestive and healthy for the joints, to complete my consent, a pineapple majar that my mom gave me.
Inicio Marzo 2021 más integrada, repotenciada con nuevos proyectos en puerta, visualizada en armonía y salud integral que sin duda me llevan a tener una vida a plenitud.
