Today I really discover that this drink is very good for appetite booster. Drinking homemade sobo is very good for appetite.
Some people find it difficult to eat and even to drink water but I have come with a solution to help boost your appetite. What am about to show you now I have done it, it is tested and confirmed.
Recipes/ procedures for making sobo
1. Vitamin C
2. Sobo leaves
3. Pineapple peals
4. Lemon grass
5. Ginger and garlic
6. Honey
7. Orange
First I pealed and ground ginger and garlic
Having done that, I rinse the sobo leaves in cold water quickly; I did it this way to avoid the colour completely soaked in water.
Again, I rinse the lemon grass to remove dirts, and cut it into pieces.
Peal the pineapple and slice the oranges.
When all these are done, I then place a pot on my ignited gas cooker, put ten (10) cups of water (this was done depending on the quantity of my recipes and how quality I want my sobo to be), and boil for sometimes.
I put my sobo leaves and all other recipes including vitamin C and boiled for thirty minutes.
After thirty minutes I bring down the pot, filter the liquid and add the flavour or honey as desired. Store it in the refrigerator and drink as desired too but keep your food ready because hungry is coming, part from that internal heat is over.
