Hello dear hive friends. I hope you are well! However, if you are not in good health and especially with a supportive motor system, this post is for you. So please read the following lines.
2 years ago I came home from England, where I last worked, or rather London. There I was involved in the world of construction, as some of you may know from my old posts on the web, so the question. After I returned to my homeland Bulgaria, I started going to doctors because I had pains everywhere on my body, mainly in my back, waist and knees. I attribute these problems to the hard physical work I have been doing for the past 15 years.
After a series of tests and a scan, it was discovered that I had several early stages of herniated discs and a torn meniscus in one knee. After this diagnosis, I started looking for the right treatment and I found it in one of my favorite places, a city called Pomorie, which is located on the coast of the Black Sea.
There is a sanatorium for rehabilitation and physiotherapy. However, also in close proximity to the sanatorium and the football stadium, there is the healing place, the museum of salt in the city, and the healing lye that people have been using for decades. The water here is very salty and there is also a protected seagull nesting area. There is also the most important for me and my health problems, the so-called healing mud. Mud that every person can freely remove from the shallows of this water pool. They call it healing mud because it contains millions of microorganisms that live in it and have a healing effect on the human body.
At first I was skittish about all this until my friend convinced me and I decided to give it a try. She was there to treat her sore knees. Apart from her, I came across many other people, some of whom I was able to talk to. Each of them shared their story with me and that some of them felt a great improvement in their condition or were completely cured. I was most impressed by the story of a woman in her 70s who told me how she got sick with psoriasis and came every year to this place and smeared herself with mud and after a few years, the psoriasis disappeared completely.
However, this was not the only positive thing, she even said that after applying the mud on her face, her skin became smoother and her face visibly rejuvenated. Indeed, her face was quite smooth and taut for her years. My friend and I used to smear ourselves with this mud and even wanted to take it home when we got home, but we were told that it would not have the same effect, because after the mud oxidizes (it is taken out of the water) not long after, the microorganisms those who live in it die. So, for inconvenience, anyone who wants to be treated in this way has to do it on the spot. It is good to do these procedures for at least 7-10 days to have an effect. The procedure itself is to take out the mud and apply a thin layer where you want, but not the heart area. Then you stay like that until the mud dries for 5-10 minutes and enter the water pool to wash yourself off with the salt water.
There was quite a big improvement for me, so I'll be there again this year and I'll keep you updated on my health. If you liked my post, you can follow me because I will tell you more such useful and pleasant stories. Thank you for stopping by my post. Namaste 🤗🤍💚❤️🇧🇬🙏
