What do we need for this simple recipe?
- Cinchona bark
- A few sprigs of Rosemary
- A stalk of aloe vera
- Flaxseed Grain
- Ginger
- Turmeric
Procedemos a cortar la orilla espinosa a la sábila, luego sacamos el cristal y lo cortamos en trozos más pequeños.
We proceed to cut the thorny edge to the aloe, then we remove the crystal and cut it into smaller pieces.
Seguidamente, colocamos en una olla grande todos los ingredientes: la quina, el romero, el cristal de la sábila, la linaza, el jengibre y la cúrcuma debidamente trituradas. Luego con abundante agua procedemos a montarlas a fuego alto por mínimo 30 minutos de modo que todas las plantas permitan que sus propiedades queden vertidas en el agua.

Una vez, que notemos que el agua está de color rojizo u oscura apagamos y dejamos reposar por varios minutos hasta que la misma esté fría, para continuar a colar permitiendo que el producto quede limpio en una taza plástica.

¿Como Usarlo?
Aplicamos con una mota de algodón preferiblemente sobre el cuero cabelludo todos los días, usted elegirá si lo usa como si fuese su crema de peinar o unos minutos antes de dormir.
