Beautiful community of Natural Medicine and its challenges 馃尰
Now we have ADIWA challenge Here:)
Although the word is Venezuelan, the first time I hear it. Its meaning is precious and it is worth remembering it every day.
When I pronounce it, it gives me a sense of encouragement, it feels revitalizing and encouraging
Among the challenge questions we have:
How important is ADIWA (or an aspect of this) to our well-being?
I have always thought that gratitude is the memory of the heart, it gives you peace and harmony. Forgiveness along with acceptance is a wonderful help to achieve a balance with your inner self. Every new day is an opportunity to thank and learn
Living the present and making the most of it, reassures us, and avoids the appearance of illnesses such as anxiety and depression, sometimes thinking too much is exhausting both physically and emotionally

How could we achieve ADIWA (or an aspect of this)?
Sharing love, distributing love, gratitude with our surroundings, giving the best of us, the nobility of our hearts overflows. Like the sun every morning.
In the midst of the adverse circumstances we live in, we must never forget that we can be light for other people. Everything is transitory, the only constant in life is change
A good morning, a smile, a thank you, a noble and disinterested gesture is worth a lot
Explore a time in your life where you have experienced ADIWA
Every time I see my little Sasha, animals are the noblest beings in the world, they give so much love and peace in an instant, in an innocent and disinterested way.
Each moment is unique, they live it to the fullest. It's amazing how much you learn from pets
Also when it snows in the Sierra Meride帽a, that inexplicable feeling that it generates is incredible, when I see those snowy peaks, or some special natural event, ADIWA is present, they are magical moments that reminds us of the elemental and essential for us.
And finally what does ADIWA mean to me
It means the magic of thanking, living in the present, thanking every day and every opportunity, forgiving mistakes and understanding that each of us are individual with successes and mistakes. We live only a moment of time that we must value and leave our mark on the world that gave us the opportunity to live
We return to the little things, which fill the soul and the spirit, just as they lived thousands of years ago. And it matches the phrase of a very dear book
The essential is invisible to the eyes
The best way to transmit ADIWA, if you could say it, is by example, vibrating positive energy so that it is contagious in this world, the higher the energy, the greater its diffusion, I believe it and science confirms it with simple laws such as Fourier or Fick. The world is for us to change and improve
