Ginger, banana, mango and lemon trifle

It was really a success with Santiago, he doesn't like mango much, but with this presentation we scored 100 points.

2 tablespoons brown sugar
Rice water
1 tablespoons vegetable oil

Preparation
Add all the powdered ingredients to a bowl and mix well.
In another container, mix the rice water with the sugar, oil and lemon juice.
Now join the solid mixture with the liquid one and a mass will form. Add the lemon zest and mix well.
Rest the mixture for 15 in the refrigerator and then take portions and add on a tray

Cream Mix
1 cup of soy milk
3 tablespoons cornstarch
Vanilla to taste
Preparation
Put the milk to heat, and add the cornstarch, stir constantly until it starts to boil
Add the vanilla and keep mixing until it thickens.
Remove from the fire and let cool
