¡Hello users!
As soon as I feel the chills, the fear of not knowing which strain of COVID is about to enter my body sets in. My nerves fray, and my immune system begins to weaken.
The pores dilate, the face becomes disfigured; it's a sensation that many have experienced, but surely can't explain it; you have to feel it, but I wouldn't wish it on anyone.
I always point out that what might be good for me might not be good for others. I have faith in the large, dried oregano, since there's another type of oregano that's smaller and used in cooking, which I'm sure also has great properties, but today I want to write about the oregano my grandmother adored...the large, dried oregano.
This plant's leaves have a suede-like texture, reminding me of a pair of pants I used to own. Its skin also feels similar to a peach peel.
I use Mexican oregano in tea. I put two or three leaves in water, bring it to a boil, and then squeeze in a lemon. I immediately feel relief when I'm very congested; my respiratory system clears up, and I feel calmer because it also has soothing, anti-inflammatory, and antioxidant properties.
Every time I drink this tea, I wonder where all the phlegm is coming from.
It's very good for the common cold because it relieves headaches and strengthens the immune system.
I recommend this plant to improve any symptoms related to the respiratory system, but I also remind you that not all bodies are the same, you should seek medical advice.
