Beautiful vibes to all friends of the hive. As U know I try to post you all about wellness using yoga as a tool in order to bring health into your lives. This time I will invite you to the different activities we have this month for you, please enjoy me.
We reunited a great team of instructors of yoga most of them graduated from Prema Yoga school (Venezuela) to bring you during this month activities, dynamics, knowledge, practices and much more about Yoga World. For the reason that this June 21 is celebrated the International Yoga Day and we want to spread this seed of wisdom in many people to deepen what it is all about this varied universe.
馃敻Lunes de Sutra: basado en el yoga sutra de Patanjali, explica el yoga d谩ndole una perspectiva integral al significado del Yoga.
馃敻Martes de Asanas: Posturas y alineaci贸n. Pr谩ctica f铆sica, fortalecimiento de cuerpo y flexibilidad.
馃敻Mi茅rcoles de Pranayamas: Todo sobre el arte de la respiraci贸n (Kriyas).
馃敻Jueves de Meditaci贸n: La entrada hacia el reino de la paz mental, dando pausa a trivialidades y pensamientos infructuosos.
馃敻Viernes de estilos de yoga: Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, kundalini Yoga y muchos m谩s te daremos informaci贸n sobre cada una.
馃敻Sabado de mantras: Los sonidos que nos ayudar谩n a disipar energ铆as discordantes y mantener una vibraci贸n en armon铆a contigo y con el mundo
馃敻Domingo de mudras, Live, entrevistas, practicas.
Todo se encuentra en la plataforma de Instagram como en donde desde 0 podr谩s conocer todo sobre esta m谩gica disciplina. Acompa帽adas por un grupo calificado que te guiar谩, y resolver谩 cualquier duda que tengas de como iniciar. Ahora se preguntar谩n en que grupo estoy presente, pues escog铆 el grupo Asanas, todo lo referente a como funcionan las posturas para muchos beneficios, desde la activaci贸n de todos los sistemas que integran el cuerpo humano. Tambi茅n, te ayuda a fortalecer, flexibilixar y tonificar el cuerpo, lo que lo hace bastante atractivo desde un nivel m谩s integral.

馃敻Saturday: Mantras: The sounds that will help us to dissipate discordant energies and maintain a vibration in harmony with you and the world.

Now you may wonder in which team I am present. I choose the Asanas team it is all about how the postures work for many benefits, from the activation of all the systems that integrate the human body. It also helps to strengthen, flex and tone the body, which makes it very attractive from all levels.

This week we work with Surya Namaskar "Sun Salutation" in Sanskrit Surya: Sun and Namaskar: Salutation or Praise. The sun is considered the sun king and represents the source of energy, vitality and immortality.

Surya Namaskar is a sequence of 12 postures that are performed continuously and synchronized with the breath. In the sun salutation, each inhalation and exhalation is performed with each asana (posture), taking into account that the breathing is conscious.
