En esta oportunidad vengo a contarle mi experiencia del jueves de un viaje al extranjero sin salir de mi ciudad.

Les pongo en contexto, desde el 16 de enero comencé una formación de yoga de primer nivel es decir 200hrs, luego de dos años de práctica me animé a profundizar en la materia; gracias a esta práctica pude encontrar armonía con la que cada día intento nutrir mi vida.

El lugar donde funciona la academia de yoga también es un templo Krishnaita, donde anualmente se celebra muchas de las festividades que se realizan al otro extremo del mundo y aunque me considero actualmente no pertenezco a alguna religión en particular, me gusta mucho la conexión espiritual y la apertura que transmiten los devotos y que invita a conectarte con la divinidad bajo el nombre que le quieras dar.
The place where the yoga academy operates is also a Krishnaita temple, where many of the festivities that take place on the other side of the world are celebrated annually and although I currently consider myself not belonging to any particular religion, I really like the spiritual connection and openness that the devotees transmit and that invites you to connect with the divinity under the name you want to give it.
El jueves 25 se celebró el Nityananda Trayodasi y al igual que mis compañeros de curso fuimos invitados a compartir la ceremonia de la reencarnación del hermano mayor de Sri Krishna, Balarama. Esta tradición viene de Bengala- India.

Luego de esto podemos compartir de danzas estilo Bollywood, música instrumental que acompañaba la meditación que describí anteriormente, luego de esto entre el Kritan y Bhajans (Canto de mantras con instrumento y en comunidad) se rindió homenaje a la deidad con baños de yogurt, miel y jugo de frutas (este tipo de actividad según la tradición atrae la abundancia y la felicidad espíritual) y luego de esto una cena vegetariana denominada prasadam (comida ofrecida a Krishna)
After this we can share Bollywood style dances, instrumental music that accompanied the meditation described above, then between the Kritan and Bhajans (chanting of mantras with an instrument and in community) we paid homage to the deity with yogurt baths, honey and fruit juice (this type of activity according to tradition attracts abundance and spiritual happiness) and after this a vegetarian dinner called prasadam (food offered to Krishna)
Entre la celebración y compartir con mis compañeros y profesores fue una actividad muy amena para elevar las energías en estos tiempos tan difíciles que vivimos, respeto y honro todas las maneras en que las personas viven su espiritualidad, me gusta experimentar las tradiciones de diversas culturas y admirar esa parte humana que conservamos desde tiempos remotos, todo llevado con el fin que nuestras almas recuerden su felicidad eterna,y ya que no puedo viajar por el mundo parte del mundo viene a mí.
Between the celebration and sharing with my classmates and teachers was a very enjoyable activity to raise the energies in these difficult times we live in, I respect and honor all the ways in which people live their spirituality, I like to experience the traditions of different cultures and admire that human part that we have preserved since ancient times, all carried with the purpose that our souls remember their eternal happiness, and since I can not travel the world part of the world comes to me
