Ingredients:
- 3 cups Pineapple Juice (fresh if available)
- 2 cups Honey
- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon Powder
- 1/4 tsp Cayenne Powder
- 6 fresh Lemon, juiced
- 1 stalk of Ginger, juiced OR 2 tsp Ginger Powder
- 2 bulbs Garlic, crushed or grated
- 1 Juicer / 1 Juice Extractor
Method:
- Peel and cut up the pineapple then place it in a juice extractor
- Peel lemons, and juice in extractor
- Thoroughly was and peel the fresh ginger, cut into small pieces and add bulbs of garlic to ginger, and extract the juices
- In a glass jar, add the honey, cayenne pepper and cinnamon powder
- Thoroughly stir all ingredients together and voila.
*** One cup a day if you feel the cold or flu coming on, and then a cup every few hours till symptoms go away...
