Hope everybody is having a good day. I want everyone to be very good every day of the week. Friends, today I will show you the plant that grows malabar spinach tree. And green vegetables are very beneficial for our body. These green vegetables are rich in vitamin C. So I have planned to grow green vegetables. Kachushak is very beneficial for our body. And this vegetable prevents our cancer and improves our eyesight and advises us to eat green vegetables again and again.Punishak is a fibrous vegetable. And this vegetable has a lot of calories, iron, phosphorus which is very beneficial for our body. And to keep our body healthy, we have to eat less food with vitamin C. And vegetables keep our body healthy. Relieves many diseases.

The doctor repeatedly advised us to eat green vegetables. Very beneficial for our body. Can prevent any infection. So we need to eat green vegetables. We need to eat more green vegetables to keep our body healthy. And we have to plan to grow green vegetables. We planted green vegetable trees next to the house. I grew this vegetable tree on the side of my house. And I don't care about the trees, I work by myself. It is good to plant trees and gardening.

I work in this garden in my spare time. And I have been very happy to see the trees in this garden. And many vegetables are caught and very beneficial for our body. We can cook and eat fresh vegetables.

I have planned to grow kachu sak tree. And kachushak is very beneficial for our body. Kachu vegetables are rich in iron. Which is very beneficial for our body. The doctor advised us to eat kachu sak. I have planned to grow Kachushak on the side of my house.

First I buried the kachus under the ground. The trees are growing. This kachushak is now slowly growing. The trees look very beautiful. These trees grow in 15 to 20 days and come out.
