I am here today to share with you just a few ideas about anxiety and a mindmap I have designed for anyone who needs to use it.

Growing evidence in recent years has shown the effectiveness of time-tested contemplative practices in supporting mental wellbeing.
Anxiety is a very real issue and can be debilitating. I want to show you how to overcome it.
Think about the physical sensations you experience when you are anxious:
β’ Does your heart race?
β’ Does your mouth feel dry?
β’ Does your whole body tense up?
This is because you have a physical reaction to what your mind is telling your body.
When your mind perceives a threat (whether itβs real or not), it tells your body to prepare to fight, flee, or freeze. You can soothe your body to soothe your mind, and vice versa.
