One of my favourite ways to practice NS is actually focussing attention on the whole left side of the body as I breath in - from toes to the top of the head, then concentrate on the right side and so on. It adds a WHOLE other dimension to it. I used to do NS all the time (well, i still do) but with this added attention focus I come even deeper into the felt experience!!! Have you ever tried it like this?
