Did you know how good it is for you to get into sea water for 15 minutes as often as possible. It is extremely good for your health. Doesn't matter if it is warm or freezing cold, it will do you a lot of good.
There is even an associated therapy that uses seawater that - when you submerge yourself in the sea water it is easily absorbed through your skin and heals more things than you even thought you suffered from.
The therapy is called Thalasso Therapy. I have never been to a centre that offers this therapy but I have lived at the beach and have seen the healing that can occur from a daily dip in sea water.
My daughter had suffered with eczema since early childhood but the one time it completely went away completely and she had beautiful skin condition was when we were living on the beach in Mexico and she would spend a few hours or more every day in the sea water. So I have first hand experience of its healing powers.
So if you live near the sea, realise it is much more than just "fun" to take a dip.. it has incredible healing qualities and be sure to take a dip as often as possible.
