A great disaster at the present time. It has broken our usual life style and created expected social, financial, economical uncertainty all over the world. Most of the countries imposed lockdown and some are still now in it.
Complete lockdown for a long time creating a lot of problems. Today I discuss the mental health of the people at lockdown area. What should they do at this current situation? How can they keep their mental health fit?
I am just discussing about the problems related with mental healthcare, causes and probable solutions from my experience. Still now I am enjoying the quarantine time though it has been more than three months. I want to share my experience with you that if you can get some suggestions and may use it for your betterment.
Finally I will say, stay home stay happy. Thanks to all.
